Michael L. Clark is a historical fiction author whose stories bring the past vividly to life. His books include The Shimmering Trilogy, inspired by the historic Natchez Trace, the award-recognized western Ambush at Horse Creek, and the pirate adventure series The Red Raven. A longtime resident of Middle Tennessee, Clark draws inspiration from exploring historic sites across the Southeast. After retiring from the United States Postal Service in 2022, he now devotes his time to writing and researching new stories.
